what is Hospice?

Hospice is a special healthcare option for patients and families who are faced with a terminal illness. A terminal illness or end-stage disease is a disease that cannot be cured or adequately treated.

Our Mission

Gracia Hospice is committed to enriching people’s lives by increasing comfort care options. Our extended care team provides patients with specialized services that promote quality of life outcomes.
