The death of someone you love is one of the greatest sorrows that can occur. A wide and confusing range of emotions may be experienced after a loss. Each individual grieves in their own personal way. Grief may be experienced as a mental, physical, social, or emotional reaction. Mourning is the process by which people adapt to a loss. Bereavement is the period after a loss during which grief is experienced and mourning occurs. Gracia Hospice offers bereavement services for a year or longer after the loss of your loved one. Services are optional but recommended for anyone who is in need of emotional and spiritual support. No one should go through this difficult process alone. If you know any person, family member, or friend that needs our help, please do not hesitate on calling us. We are ready to assist.

“Grief never ends… but it changes It’s a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness,

nor a lack of faith… it is the price of love”.
